Our attenuation tanks are installed using a 1mm thick geomembrane material, using wide-wedge welding to create watertight joins. All of our installation engineers are qualified to T.W.I Europe standard. We follow a tight quality control procedure for all tanks and provide each customer with a welding plan, which confirms the positions of all seams, joins and pipe connections. The excavation is always prepared by the groundworkers on site, prior to our arrival, with a gravel base rolled as flat as possible. Our customer marks out the position of the tank with four posts and they confirm the exact location of all connecting pipework so we can create sealed pipe connections on the tank.
Our method statements are regularly updated in line with health and safety requirements, however to view a previous version for information only, you can download one here.
