Separators

Separators are to be installed where water is contaminated with vegetable, animal or mineral oils and greases. A distinction is made between fat and light liquid separators. Separators work according to the principle of gravity. This means that the heavy contents of the wastewater, such as sludge, settle on the bottom of the vessel. Light contents such as fats or oils, on the other hand, rise to the surface of the water.
