New: GRAF control system KLcontrol and control cabinet for small sewage treatment plants
The GRAF small wastewater treatment plants are being updated. The new KLcontrol control system offers greater ease of use. The control is compatible with all GRAF small wastewater treatment systems. This reduces the complexity of spare parts supply by specialist dealers and companies. The control unit is supplemented by the new PP control cabinet. The high-quality housing ensures quiet operation. The control cabinet can still be installed inside or, with the optionally offered external column, also outside.
The new small wastewater treatment plant control system KLcontrol not only offers specialist companies and operators greater ease of use, but also more safety and more options for connecting optional components. Population values, effluent classes and other parameters can be set accordingly. This also enables problem-free installation in existing GRAF systems.
The control unit is already equipped with automatic level measurement and underload detection as a standard. Operation is ensured even in the event of a power interruption by the integrated capacitor. The control cabinet has been tested by TÜV experts and guarantees maximum operational safety.
The current operating status is shown as full text on the graphic colour display. Error messages, menu navigation and cycle times are clearly displayed. Together with the easy-to-use control keys, this also facilitates data readout and error diagnosis. These processes are simplified by the option to export and import data using a USB stick.
The new control cabinet is particularly quiet in operation. The undesired transmission of vibrations is successfully avoided by the rubber-mounted suspension and the vibrationdecoupled bonnet. The position of the rubber feet of the air compressor is precisely defined by recesses in the housing.
The enclosure is made of high-quality polypropylene. This makes the control cabinet very stable and the individual elements fit precisely. In addition, there is sufficient space for the integration of a GSM modem, up to two dosing pumps and three sockets in the control cabinet.
The coverhas a screw connection childproof lock, but can be opened quickly for maintenance. Colour-coded connection pieces for the air hoses make installation easier, and all components can be easily replaced thanks to a plug-in system.
The control cabinet can also be installed precisely and without further accessories in the optionally available external column. The beige-coloured external column is an alternative to installation in the building if the small wastewater treatment system is at a greater distance from the building.
The outdoor control panel is installed 50 cm deep in the ground without a foundation. When installed, it has a height of 90 cm above ground and is therefore easily accessible. The low weight of only 14 kg facilitates easy installation.
The connection option for an empty conduit DN 100 is provided with a lip seal and seals the outdoor control cabinet against moisture from the ground. The enclosure can be equipped with a LED warning light integrated in the housing.
This enables visual inspection without having to open the outdoor enclosure.
